Business Development Manager
My client are a highly reputed, award winning, lead authority in Information and Cyber Security Consultancy. They provide security solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from SME companies to FTSE 100 clients across EMEA.
Their focus on providing excellent, client centric solutions has lad to rapid, measured and solid growth as they now look to grow their sales department to accommodate a Business Development Manager covering the London and South East market. The company offers expertise on Information Security Consultancy which includes GRC services across PCI DSS, ISO, Data Protection, ISMS and Risk Auditing as well as Penetration Testing solutions and Managed Services.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling all of the organisations Information Security portfolio to business’ around London and the South East with a particular focus on IT Security services such as Ethical Hacking, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, Security Awareness Training and Managed Services.
You will be supported by the internal sales coordinators and have a proven record of delivery in IT Security sales to a multitude different size business, both SME and enterprise level.
This is a mixture of new business development and expanding the services to current clients working on both shorter sales cycles and bigger, more strategic long term deals with the primary focus on building strong relationships and enhancing the business’ brand.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Experience in IT Security consultancy sales across GRC, PCI, ISO, Penetration Testing, Risk and Compliance and Managed Services
Experience in selling high value security solutions such as PID, IRM, PUM, End Point Security and SIEM would be a bonus
Proven record of high level sales
Previous record of success and desire to work in a smaller IT Security company
Strong closing skills and ability to manage large workload
Experience of Senior, CIO, CISO, CTO, Security Officer or Compliance Officer engagement and contacts
Proven record of delivery short term cycles and delivering bigger deals
Accurate reporting and forecasting
Self-sufficiency, and ability to generate new leads with internal sales team
Dynamic, high energy and engaging individual with a strong desire to earn
