The Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen a C#.NET Developer to join my client,  a nationwide law firm with 30 years experience in the Industry. Specialising in RTA, PI, and Clinical Negligence the company has a proven record of success and has generated close to a quarter of a billion pounds in claims for it’s customers in the last ten years. Always growing, they’re now looking to bolster their development team and are keen to speak to a C#.NET developer with ASP.NET MVC and API experience to help design, develop and maintain all of the companies in-house software.

The Role

Working in a small but dynamic development team on a mixture of grassroots and in flight projects across web, desktop, and mobile applications on cutting edge Microsoft technology, the overall objective is to enhance the overall services to the business’ in-house team and third party users. You will be interacting with all members of the business to gain an insight in to the way they work their business needs, and subsequently, develop software that drives business growth, improves efficiencies and builds a world class software platform.

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive C# experience

  • Visual Studio including 2015 and NuGet

  • ASP.NET with MVC and/or Web API

  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript

  • IIS7+ Site Management

  • Proficient in SQL Server : Database Management (e.g. SSMS/Replication/Backups/SQL Jobs etc.)


  • Entity Framework (Code First)

  • WPF

  • GitHub Source Control

  • Azure Administration/ Web Sites/Web Apps/Service Bus

Knowledge of Tamarin and Umraco is desired but primarily, my client is looking for someone keen to progress and contribute to the growth of the business.

In return, my client are offering a salary in the region of £35-£40k and offer flexi-time for the right candidate as well as pension and other benefits. They have an open, dynamic and progressive office environment in a busy central office on the Wirral. Easily commutable from Chester, Liverpool and Warrington
