The Role
My client are looking for a Developer working Full-Stack and a Mobile Development specialist utilising Xamarin
The role is varied and challenging, where you will be expected to undertake duties such as consulting with business customers about their requirements, building applications to specification, customising current applications in line with changing business needs, evaluating the performance of an application, testing and implementing all software solutions, and meeting face-to-face with business customers.
The candidate, who would be an outstanding communicator and possessing strong project management skills, would be expected to be flexible in their approach and be able to adapt to the business' changing needs. The candidate should work well under pressure, and display evidence of excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
You will also be required to liaise with the development team and contribute to its strategic roadmap. This will require you to keep up to date with advancements in .Net development and, where appropriate, suggest and assist in the implementation and adoption of new technologies, methodologies and ways of working.
Essential Requirements
ASP.NET MVC 4/5
XAMARIN
HTML 5, CSS (Bootstrap), Javascript (jQuery)
C# 4.0+ with Microsoft .NET 4.0+
Experience in building Web Services on ASP.NET
Entity Framework 6.0
SQL Server 2008-2016 administration and development experience
SSRS Report Designer
Azure web application hosting experience or knowledge
Experience of Agile and Visual Studio Team Foundation Services
