My Client are seeking suitable candidates for client facing roles who can provide and lead Data Protection projects with their clients under the direction of the Head of Consultancy. The consultant will typically lead Data Protection projects with their clients including business process review, data workflow analysis, privacy impact assessments, policy creation and implementation, audits / reviews and workshops.
Experience developing and delivering a Data Protection Framework and Monitoring Plan to monitor adherence with data protection legislation and policy, managing and responding to Data Protection Subject Access Requests, experience undertaking Data Protection compliance audits in accordance with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner audit standards, including data controllers and data processors where appropriate
