My client, an award-wining Mixed-Reality start-up business making waves in the retail shopping space, are on the look out for a Senior Front-End Developer to join their team and help deliver a world class user experience to their customers. The business is partnering with the most respected names in retail and is growing at a rapid pace. This is an opportunity to work for a technology led company on the latest Front-End technology using modern Javascript frameworks such as React and Angular. 

 

The Role

This is an opportunity to lead a small, dynamic, highly skilled development team & help deliver groundbreaking products over a number of in-flight and grassroots projects. This is a multifaceted role were you’ll be required to contribute to all stages of the development cycle, as well as manage both the team, meet customers and contribute to the strategic direction of the software profile. It’s essential you have record of delivering successful commercial projects and have experience implementing agile processes, tools and workflows to ensure the business and team are performing to full capacity. 

 

Essential Requirements and Skills

• Experience with Vanilla Javascript

• CSS Preprocessors (SASS)

• Experience with NodeJS and Node based applications. Gulp | Webpack | Babel 

• Extensive experience with unit & functional testing. 

• Object Orientated Programming. 

• Experience building large scale projects using modern JS frameworks such as React and Angular

• HTML, CSS, Javascript

• Experience managing a team

 

Desirable

• CSS animation features

• Typescript/Angular2
